Vollux Autowerks — Returns and Refunds

Physical detailing products
Request a return within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup. Contact parts@cbtuning.net or (484) 601-2041 with your order number or proof of purchase before sending or bringing an item back. We will provide return authorization and instructions.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging and any factory seals intact. Opened chemicals, used towels, pads, brushes, and applicators are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping and fees
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refunds
We inspect returned products after receipt and notify you whether the return qualifies. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the item and packaging. Do not use or discard the product while the issue is being reviewed. These issues are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, including when opening the product revealed the problem. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping when the issue is due to our error or a defective or damaged item. Contact us for instructions before shipping chemicals or leaking containers.

Manufacturer warranties and product exceptions
Manufacturer warranty terms apply to warranty claims. Any special-order or product-specific return restrictions will be stated on the product listing before purchase.

Tuning and event registrations
The physical-product return policy does not apply to tuning services, custom calibration files, or event registrations. Tuning purchases follow the terms on the product listing, including no refunds once a calibration file has been created. Contact us about an event registration or service cancellation; any applicable terms are shown on that listing.
