Shipping and pickup
Physical-product fulfillment follows our Shipping and Pickup policy and the options available at checkout. Contact us before ordering if availability or delivery timing affects your purchase.

Returns and refunds
Physical detailing-product returns follow our Returns and Refunds policy: request a return within 30 days of delivery or pickup; items must be unopened, unused, and resalable. Approval is required before return. Eligible change-of-mind returns have no restocking fee, customer-paid return shipping, and nonrefundable original shipping charges. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect items are reviewed separately under that policy.

Product use and manufacturer warranties
Follow the product label, safety instructions, dilution guidance, and manufacturer recommendations. Manufacturer warranty claims follow the applicable manufacturer warranty terms. Contact us for assistance with a product issue.

Tuning, services, and events
Tuning services, custom calibration files, and event registrations follow the scope, fulfillment, scheduling, and cancellation terms shown on their listings. The physical-product return policy does not apply to these purchases. Tuning listings provide that refunds are not available once a calibration file has been created. Contact us before purchase if any service or event terms are unclear.
