Shipping options and rates
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and order value. Use the checkout total for the applicable shipping charge. Shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

Delivery timing
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate. Contact us before ordering if you need a product by a specific date or need to confirm availability or dispatch timing. Contact parts@cbtuning.net or (484) 601-2041 for order and shipping questions.

In-store pickup
In-store pickup is available when offered at checkout. Wait for pickup confirmation before coming to collect your order. Our pickup location is Vollux Autowerks, 4315 Independence Drive, Schnecksville, PA 18078. Shop hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Commercial delivery
Contact the shop to arrange delivery for a detailing shop or commercial account in Eastern Pennsylvania and confirm eligibility before ordering.

Order issues
Check your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, and keep the item and packaging for review. Please follow our Returns and Refunds policy for return authorization and refunds.

Tuning and events
Shipping applies to physical products. Tuning services, calibration files, and event registrations follow the fulfillment and scheduling information on their product listings.
